1. Clean and replace the air filter in the dust-free workshop frequently or regularly, and clean the medium and medium efficiency foam filter with fresh air. If the final resistance of the medium efficiency filter is twice the initial resistance or within the limit value, the filter should be cleaned. If the resistance of the high-efficiency filter is too high, it needs to be replaced. The foam filter must be measured after cleaning.

2. Ensure the rationality of air distribution in dust-free workshops. When the air flow organization is destroyed, it will not only affect the temperature distribution of the room, but also because of excessive eddy currents, the dirty air flow at the corner and the ground will spread to the working area of the room. Therefore, when arranging workbenches and equipment in air-conditioned rooms, the rationality of airflow organization should be considered.

3. It is necessary to ensure three levels of filtration for dust-free immersion: coarse efficiency, medium efficiency, and high efficiency. To strengthen the management of clean air conditioning, staff must comply with the system and operating procedures to ensure that room hygiene meets cleaning requirements.

4. Maintain a positive pressure value in an air-conditioned room. If the room is negative or has a positive value lower than adjacent rooms, air from the outdoor and surrounding rooms will enter through the window gaps. Clean the air conditioning system, especially when the cleaning level is higher than the positive pressure of other rooms. In non clean areas, the cleanliness of medical design is higher than 10Pa, and the cleanliness between different cleanliness levels is higher than 10Pa.
